It’s a race against time to vaccinate the world. Countries have started to vaccinate their populations and many are ready to roll out their plans. 

There have been numerous mass vaccination campaigns in the past within the Asia Pacific region, each faced with different challenges. From vaccine hesitancy with the measles-rubella vaccine in Indonesia to the Dengvaxia controversy in the Philippines, there are important lessons which can be applied to the current pandemic.
